MARKET ANALYST

Job Duties

1. Organize and analyze data of the company’s business lines of global strategic logistic and other related or interested lines;
2. Research and analyze current market needs in transportation industry both in the U. S. and Asian countries, such as: China, Japan, Taiwan, and South East Asian market;
3. Research and study competitor’s business lines, services, and pricing;
4. Prepare periodical as well as timely research reports so as to provide advisory opinions for the company’s business policies and strategies formulation and adjustment;
5. Conduct regular and systematic market research with a focus on the changing market needs, prices, market developing tendencies, competitors’ marketing patterns, etc; and
6. Study and collect specific business policies, laws and codes and familiarize with relevant business procedures and practices in target countries and areas.

This opportunity is a full-time junior sale position.

Job Description:

Work closely with the sales team in developing marketing strategies, supply chain communications and tactics, including advertising, website marketing, and direct marketing.  Research and generate feasible customer incentive programs, enhance relationships with existing customers, and develop marketing programs and compatible supply chain strategies.

Research market conditions in the transportation industry and the Asian market (includes China, Japan, Taiwan, South East Asian market) by designing research format and methodology for data collection, to help identify potential markets.

Examine and analyze statistical data on transportation industry trends and competitor’s marketing and supply chain efficiency (especially in the international market) in relationship to the company’s marketing position in terms of services and pricing.

Develop market leads by attending meetings with our network agents around the world in order to obtain first-hand transportation industry-related information, and assist with the development of new marketing projects and improvement of supply chain operations for the U.S. market and the International market.

LICENSED CUSTOMS BROKER MANAGEMENT POSITION

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years experience is preferred. Must have Customs license, hands on A-Z FDA Regulations, Customs Brokerage operations, NEW/FDA/BTA regulations, and CFR 19 understanding with complience experience. Must be customer focused, have good leadership skills, have troubleshooting ability, and be self-motivated. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year experiene is preferred. Bilinagual English / Chinese is a plus. Must be self motivated and well organized. LOGISTICS JUNIOR ANALYST
