Challenge:
The client needed a reliable U.S. warehousing and fulfillment partner with the ability to receive containers, store bonded inventory, prep for Amazon, and ship DTC for Shopify — all while complying with FDA and FTZ standards.

Solution:
East-West Logistics and East-West CFS partnered to create a full-service pipeline. Cargo was received at our Los Angeles FTZ facility, held duty-free, then labeled and shipped based on Amazon or customer triggers. Returns and relabeling were also handled in-house.

Result:

• Weekly containers received, prepped, and shipped within 48 hours

• Amazon FBA and Shopify channels fulfilled from same inventoryand

• Duty deferred and FDA labeling validated
